- Click on #2 “Brain in Your Gut?” to view great information that explains interesting facts about the brain. Examples include: The Stomach is a Brain, Sensing Danger, and T-types Thrive on Thrills.

- Click on the Sensory Systems section and search the sites listed for interesting facts.

- Click on Teacher Database Administration. When prompted, enter the username “sleepadmin” and password “admin” and fill out the form to register your class. You will receive a class code that must be used when entering or retrieving data.
- You will find the lesson plan and masters to use with this activity by clinking on the Teacher’s Guide Tab. This activity is listed under Lesson 1: What is Sleep?
- In order to input student data from the sleep journal, click on Student Activities, and then click on the Lesson 1 tab. After you enter the class code, fill in the information listed under the “Enter Sleep Data” tab.
- In order to view the class data, click on the “Generate Report” tab once you are on the Lesson 1 webpage.
