APPR

In response to the new APPR, details of which are still unseen until June 2011, Candi McKay has assisted our region with her expertise in Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching and the new NYS Teaching Standards that were released on January 11, 2011.  While SED's next steps are difficult to predict, so are the professional development needs of leaders in our region.  Candi obviously helped strengthen our knowledge and understanding of The Framework, however next steps will be necessary to build leadership capacity.
