Virtual Field Trip/Collaboration Request Form

Please complete the Online Virtual Field Trip/Collaboration Request Form at least six weeks in advance and be as specific as possible.  In order to research, coordinate, and schedule virtual field trips/collaborations, we need the following information.  Also, please note:

If the virtual field trip/collaboration will be delivered to multiple classes, this information is required for each teacher.

Be sure to comply with your district’s virtual field trip and equipment usage policies.

Be sure that your administration has approved funding for this virtual field trip, if applicable.
