Step by Step Planning and Scheduling a Virtual Field Trip or Collaboration

1. Search and choose a Virtual Field Trip Content Provider or Collaborative Partner

2. Confirm that your school will cover costs, if applicable, for the Virtual Field Trip

3. Arrange your request with Jenny Burroughs, Distance Learning Support Specialist.   Please complete your online form entirely so your event can be scheduled per your request.  If you need assistance with your request, please contact 716-376-8270 or jenny_burroughs@caboces.org

4. Receive formal confirmation from BOCES with the date, time, and location of where your virtual field trip will present

5. Some content providers provide preparation materials; therefore, please have them ready prior to your trip

6. Conduct your virtual field trip or collaboration
